About Penny
Hey! I'm Penny, and I've been on this wild Mandarin-teaching adventure for 6 years now! I still remember how nervous my very first student was—and now they can order spicy hotpot in Beijing like a local!
I teach because I genuinely love seeing my students shine. Language learning can be frustrating, but I promise you my classroom is a judgment-free zone—we laugh, we make mistakes, and we learn from them together. I'm not here to lecture; I'm here to cheer you on. Whether you're preparing for an exam or just want to surprise your Chinese friends, I'll be your biggest supporter!

Learning a new language should be fun, not stressful! With 6 years of experience, I design every lesson with a light-hearted atmosphere—we'll chat, play role-plays, and learn real-life slang. For HSK candidates, I don't just teach the book; I share exam strategies and time-management skills to help you pass with confidence. Come join my class and see how fast you can improve!
