About Shawna
I am an American living in Auckland, NZ. Personal Training & Mindset Coaching is my passion, & I am happy to be spreading that love around the world!
My journey started 20 years ago through bodybuilding. With this experience, I learned how to optimize my physique and discipline. I was able to pair this knowledge with becoming a coach & have worked with a variety of people, where I also gained insight into what motivates and depletes others.
I understand that the body needs the mind just as the mind needs the body. We are all individuals, with different needs that sometimes requires a specific approach. I love being creative, & guiding others through the process of feeling and becoming their best self!

I train out of Les Mills Auckland City Gym as well as have the option of coaching through webcam or my online app.
I will first get to know what your needs and goals are, as well as assess your current physical state. From here (per what direction we will go together) I will either work with you in person or develop your program. Training sessions average 1 hour depending on your needs.

The first free lesson with Shawna will allow you to get to know each other and clearly specify your needs for your next lessons.

Details
If I have to travel to you, I have an additional fee of $30/session. Otherwise you may train with me in person at Les Mills Auckland City with a Les Mills membership or with a 1-off daily gym fee.
Webcam rate is via video to video contact, watching and giving you verbal instruction through live video.
Online App Training (not listed) is also available either by itself or tied to other services I offer. This is customized training with a separate fee that you may inquire about.
