About Julie
I’m a registered teacher with 20+ years experience both in the classroom and online, currently completing my Master’s of Education. I specialise in academic English, essay writing, narrative writing, editing, assessment of writing, assessment of reading, casual conversation for English language learners etc etc. I have experience working with students for whom English is not their first language, struggling students, high achievers and neurodiverse students. I excel at working with English across the curriculum: English for Science, English for History, English for Art, P.E, Business etc. I have taught primary school students, high school students and adults. I help people write emails, I prepare students for NAPLAN and academic testing and I am skilled at Australian English pronunciation and grammar.
