About Sylvie
Besides being a teacher, I am a very enthusiastic yoga and tantra practitioner for more than 15 years, with a passion for deeper understanding and practice of true, fulfilling intimacy. I am also a dancer and dance teacher, so I constantly harness my creativity through movement. I love working with people and sometimes my dance students become also life coaching students as I am very eager to share my experience and help and support in the process of transformation of people around me.

I love working with people and supporting them in their process of growth and deeper understanding of life in a holistic manner, using the esoteric keys I learned through direct experience and study. I have a very practical approach, offering multiple methods and strategies to cope with and gradually solve various problems, especially regarding relationships and intimacy, which are the fields I am very passionate about and in which I worked a lot myself. I am qualified as a Yoga and Tantra Teacher and Intimacy Coach. I offer online 1 to 1 sessions of 1 hour each and advantageous packages of 4, 8, 12 sessions. I ask for commitment and perseverant self-work in order to obtain the results we are aiming for. My sessions are addressed mainly for adults, but I am happy to work also with teenagers over 15 years old and I have experience in adapting to their needs as well. I have worked mainly with women, but also with men, over the last 10 years and I am happy to say I have contributed to many life-transformations.
