About Alireza
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and ISSA Certified Group Fitness Instructor with over 10 years of experience in fitness, sports, and coaching.
Sports have always been a major part of my life. My background includes competitive basketball in Iran, and I have also worked as a basketball coach. I’m currently an experienced tennis coach, working with players of different ages and levels.
My experience in personal training, Cross Training, tennis, and basketball has helped me develop a strong understanding of movement, strength, conditioning, coordination, mobility, and athletic performance.
I specialize in strength training, HIIT, TRX, functional training, corrective exercise, Cross Training, and athletic conditioning. I enjoy working with everyone from complete beginners to experienced athletes.
As a trainer, I focus on each client’s individual goals and abilities. Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, improve your fitness, move better, or improve your athletic performance, I’ll help you train safely, effectively, and with confidence.

My training sessions are fully personalized to your fitness level, goals, and lifestyle. Whether your goal is weight loss, building strength, improving mobility, athletic performance, or simply becoming fitter and healthier, I’ll create a structured program specifically for you.
My background goes beyond personal training. I’m also an experienced tennis coach, and my athletic background includes playing basketball competitively in Iran and later coaching basketball. This experience has given me a strong understanding of athletic movement, agility, coordination, speed, endurance, and sport-specific conditioning.
Depending on your goals, I combine strength training, HIIT, TRX, functional training, corrective exercise, and athletic conditioning. I work with everyone from complete beginners to athletes looking to improve their performance.
My approach is not simply to make you tired — I focus on proper technique, quality of movement, progressive training, and building long-term results.
