About Benjamin
I am a passionate piano tutor with 9 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Music in Collaborative Piano. My teaching approach emphasizes critical thinking, musicality, and individualized learning tailored to each student’s goals. I believe in holistic musical development, integrating music theory, ear training, history, and technique into every lesson. My lessons are designed to strengthen both technical skills and artistic expression. I have guided students from Early Intermediate to Advanced Intermediate levels, as well as aspiring Professional and Expert pianists. Each session is interactive, encouraging curiosity and exploration while building confidence at the keyboard. I focus on nurturing creativity, helping students connect emotionally with the music they play. Sight-reading, improvisation, and performance skills are also emphasized to prepare students for real-world musical challenges. I adapt my teaching style to suit different learning paces and personal interests, ensuring every student thrives. My goal is to inspire a lifelong love for music while fostering discipline and self-expression. I invite students to embark on their piano journey with confidence, curiosity, and creativity.
