About Samuel

I’ve been on my fitness journey for almost 10 years and spent a lot of the first few years learning from a lot of mistakes so you won’t have to. I’ve also been coached by an Olympian bodybuilder who taught me a lot about diet and training so I can pass that knowledge onto you.

About the lesson

I have experienced being coached by elite coaches of powerlifting and bodybuilding. I can use the knowledge I’ve gained over the years to guide you on your fitness journey whether that goal is to lose fat, gain muscle or just get stronger at your big lifts.
