About Oscar
Passionate about sport since a young age, - I have 10 years of experience as a sports coach. - Former high-level sportsman and graduate of a Master in Sports Training, a STAPS License (adapted physical activity), a physical preparation DU, and a BPJEPS (physical activity for all). + I have a lot of experience, thanks to the different people I've worked with. Personal coach and coach experience: - Weight loss, fitness, muscle mass gain, re-athleticization, muscle building - health promotion and disease prevention (asthma, hypertension, obesity, etc.) - nutrition and good habits -Physical Preparation (National Police) -High-level coach -Sports Initiation (youth, teenagers) -Perfectionnement Sportif Sportive Experience -Sports of high level (Colombian athletics team) by winning many competitions including sprint. - National level basketball and other sports practice that allowed me to gain an integral experience.
