About Juan
French language structure often reminds me of the intricate timing found in music, which is a small honest confession I make to all my students. With 13 years of experience, I have guided 382 students through the nuances of liaison and nasal sounds, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
My BMus degree from Manhattan School of Music informs how I approach rhythm and intonation when teaching everyday phrases for beginners or complex vocabulary building. I believe that mastering the sounds of a language requires the same discipline as mastering a musical instrument.
We will focus on idioms and expressions alongside consistent pronunciation and accent and intonation drills. Verb conjugation and dedicated listening practice form the core of my methodology for your success. I truly enjoy seeing the progress my students make when they dedicate time to these complex linguistic patterns.
