I like to have interactive classes. I would be doing plenty of myth busting and questions and answers and teaching practical skills which student can apply to their day to day eating. I would also focus on the science behind the benefits if certain nutrients and how to optimise your health

I was able to get myself back on track with Muznas nutrition help. She really pushed me to stabilize myself. She was such a great help and really pushed me to keep her nutrition tips as a life style and not just a one month thing.
