About Nitin
I am engineer with Bachelors and Masters from Florida Institute of Technology, Florida, USA. I completed MBA from University of Calgary, Calgary, Canada. I have extensive experience in project management and change management in the IT sector for automotive and healthcare industry.
I worked for General Motors at its headquarters in Detroit, Michigan and later moved to working hospitals such as SickKids and St Joseph's in Ontario, Canada.

My teaching method is hands-on. I let the student lead the discussion by guiding him/her through the journey. I believe framing a right question is critical to get the heart of the solution.
I believe the best way to teach is by learning along with student. Each student is unique and faces a unique problem. My learning is to learn to see the problem from your perspective.
I have trained students in presentation skills, customer service skills and practiced them the dreaded interview questions. I have trained professionals in team management, conflict resolution and guided them through difficult scenarios at workplace.
I apply a few basic principles which includes 80/20 principle, Pareto principle, SWOT analysis and others that help you to view the problem from a different perspective.
