About Pamela
I instill a confidence and calmness in my students and create a trusting and safe environment. My training is alliance yoga certified and am also trained in meditation and mindfulness based stress reduction. I love weaving the the breath, mind-body connection, and also have prenatal yoga as another facet of my training.
