About Paddy
I'm yoga and movement therapist. I have 30 years Internationally teaching yoga and trainee teachers experience and several spine related healing modalities. I specialise in functional embodied movement and training better movement patterns . I include Emmette technique and orthopedic manual theraphy .

I base my classes on a progressive course structure starting with educating the students on true freedom of spine and clearing some mthys of the old reductionist view of anatomy replacing it with a whole embodied approach and use yoga based practises with this new approach .
