Hello, I have been a Yoga and Mindfulness teacher since 2019, I certified as a teacher in the Yoga Aliance International. I have taught children and adults of different levels and ages. So if you have never practiced yoga, but it is something you want to do, do not hesitate to contact me.

My classes have a purpose depending on the needs of the person, for example if someone has problems in the spine I adapt a special class for that person or on the contrary if you want to relax the class will be special for it.
