About Brianna
I am a yoga, meditation and breathwork teacher currently living in Newcastle, NSW.
I teach asana (yoga postures) face-to-face in group classes and one-on-one classes face-to-face and online.
I also run a 4-week meditation course. In this course, I teach people not only how to meditate but also practices that support meditation. The course combines philosophy with experiential practices to help people understand what meditation should "feel" like. The courses allows people to overcome common barriers with meditation in a supported way.
I have practiced yoga for 12 years. Prior to teaching yoga I worked in the community facilitating therapeutic psych-educational groups for people experiencing trauma, substance misuse, mental health, violence and homelessness.
I also love to surf and enjoy creating yoga flows for surf activation and recovery.

I am a social worker turned yoga teacher. I have been practicing yoga for over 12 years.
I love sharing all aspects of yoga - asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and dhyana (meditation). I also enjoy talking about yogic and eastern spirituality with like-minded people.
I begun my yoga teaching journey by creating individualised flows for people to practice daily. I enjoy meeting people (face to face or online) to understand their specific needs and then creating something that is completely personalised. One of the benefits in coming from a social work background is that I can meet you where you are and play to your strenghts so you progress and grow in line with your goals.
I also enjoy helping people identify barriers that are preventing them from establishing daily practices of yoga, breathwork and meditation. I want to help you set better habits for the long term.
Lessons with me will be fun as I don't take myself too seriously and enjoy going on journey with my students and seeing you learn about themselves - physically, mentally and spiritually.
