As a seasoned tutor, my approach revolves around creating an inclusive and transformative learning experience for my students. Drawing from my diverse background in health sciences, and nursing, and extensive certifications in therapeutic modalities, including being a Certified Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy, my techniques emphasize a holistic perspective. In my yoga teaching, I blend Hatha and restorative Vinyasa flow, incorporating breathwork practices, meditation, and relaxation. My classes cater to practitioners of all levels, ensuring inclusivity and adaptability to individual needs. These sessions focus on creating a nurturing space for students to thrive, rooted in deep healing. The typical length of my lessons varies based on your preferences. Yoga sessions usually run for 60-90 minutes, allowing for a thorough exploration of postures, breathwork, and meditation. My qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a Diploma in Yoga Teaching (1200hrs), and certifications in Therapeutic hypnosis, Emotional Change Technique, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. My lessons are tailored for a broad audience, encompassing various age groups and levels. I adapt sessions to meet the needs of beginners and experienced practitioners alike. It feels nourishing and supportive, and you will definitely relax and connect to the present moment. Overall, my tutoring philosophy centers on creating a safe and non-judgmental space for learning, fostering personal growth, and empowering individuals to embark on their unique journeys of self-discovery and well-being.

Du ska lära dig mycket med Agota, hon är en duktig diplomerad yoga instruktör som verkligen kan inspirera, visa olika yogaställningar och förklara, men hennes undervisningsspråk är engelska!
You will learn a lot with Agota, she is a great certified yoga instructor who can really inspire, show different yoga poses and explain, but her teaching language is English!
