About Sakshi
Coming from an Indian traditional family, I have always been a practitioner of different paths of yoga. As a teacher I always make it a point to make my students mindful about their body and mind. Trying to build an understanding for themselves so that they are self-reliant for their practice in the long run. It also includes being mindful about having a sense of balance in their lifestyle, their eating habits, emotional health, social self. Having taught more than 1000 students in the last few years during and after the pandemic has helped me develop a perspective of how to guide students of different age groups and backgrounds. And even though I spend most of my time teaching and researching for my students, I always make time for my personal practice. I believe taking care of yourself holistically, before anything else is what we need in today’s time. As that in itself will substantiate you to help people you love and care about.

Yoga can be a valuable complementary approach to help manage and improve many of the health issues common among women specially in the age group of 27 to 45 years. It can promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and stress reduction.
Our classes have a combination of Asanas ( poses) , Pranayama ( breathing exercises ), Dhyana ( Meditation ) and Relaxation.
And with the help of these yogic techniques we will work on -
- Foundations of Women's Health
-Hormonal Harmony
-Embracing Emotional Wellness
-Strength, Flexibility, and Weight Management
-Holistic Health: Heart, Bones, and More
The lessons will be highly personalised based on your body requirements and the level where you're at holistically, which would include the type of poses, their level of complexity and frequency of sessions.
For making my sessions tailor cut for each individual student I study their lifestyle, diet, stress level, occupation nature and of course body requirements.
The lessons transcend from outer self to inner self.
The session commences with warm up, going into poses, leading towards the pranayam and the energy chakra energising. Lastly ending the session with a mindful experience of yog-nidra.
The classes are mindfully designed to the make practitioners aware of their physical and mental wellness and direct them further towards the path of Holistic Development.
An outline of diet is also provided to the practitioner if they require.
The objective of the classes are not only to make my students physically fitter but also aid them to nurture and strengthen themselves into a balanced personality with traits love, kindness, gratitude, acceptance and zest for life.

I have been practicing yoga under Sakshi's guidance for the last 1.5 years now. She has been an amazing guru who paces and personalises the yoga experience as per your mental, emotional and physical needs.
