I strive to help students feel comfortable in their practice, learn essential authentic postures and ensure a safe practice for all. I will explore Classical Hata Vidya to modern generation without deviating much from original Yoga Vidya meant.
Through the yoga therapy, I tried to heal the common conditions include stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, back pain, arthritis, insomnia, obesity, diabetics, thyroid and digestive issues.
