About Andrea
My vocation is Yoga. From my first class I noticed a special connection in my body and my mind with the practice. And this is the passion that I would like to transmit to you. I studied Audiovisuals and a Master in Marketing. I found yet another motivation and studied Nutrition. For a few years I combined Marketing, Nutrition and my Yoga practices. But every time Yoga was taking more importance and I wanted to go further. As a result of this, I discovered what my true passion was, Yoga, and where my true essence was reflected. Yoga is now part of me.

I offer private Yoga classes of 1 hour or 1 hour and a half. For all levels. The styles in which I work are: Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga and Jivamukti Yoga. I teach techniques of body alignment, breathing (Pranayama), awareness and meditation.
