Hello! Hola! Namaste! Bonjour! A gist of my yoga journey so far. I've been a yoga practitioner for more than 20 years and counting. For me, yoga has been more than just a way of staying fit. My regular practice helps me gain strength, stamina & flexibility, heals my lower back, improves my mobility, promotes weight loss, and keeps my happy hormones active, both on and off the mat. Yoga works at the mental, emotional and physical levels. The changes in your body, are not just external, but internal as well. I am also a level 2 reiki practitioner and healer + a clinical hypnotherapist & psychologist.

Yoga asanas are for everyone! Even if you have limited mobility due to age or have some health issues, you can practice asanas meant to benefit and heal you! All my classes are customized to suit the needs of the client. The asanas taught are keeping in mind any health restrictions that someone may have. You will definitely notice an improvement in your mood, sleep, and agility, within the first month of regular practice. I've been teaching yoga for 6 years now. I completed my 900-hour advanced teacher's training in Ashtanga Yoga from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai and am also a Level 2 Yoga Teacher certified by the Quality Council of India, Ministry of AYUSH. My yoga learning never ceases and I'm excited to share my learning and techniques with you. In my classes, I like to have fun & learn while we practice. I seek to help others use Yoga to be a healthier version of themselves and consequently make it a part of everyday life. I love Yoga coz it makes me feel good about myself, brings me a sense of calm and I can eat pizzas guilt-free ;-)
