About Nathalia - Yoga Nati
Yoga more than a physical exercise is a philosophy of life and an ancient and complex science that must be learned with patience and dedication. I believe that the practice of Yoga is for everyone, without exception, regardless of gender, religion, form and physical ability, social class etc.
I work mainly with the modalities of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, with individual classes or in groups, in a virtual way through the ZOOM or Skype platforms.
Methodology:
My classes are for beginners and / or intermediates in the practice of yoga, and in general, they have a duration of 1h10 minutes [1 hour of practice including Asanas (postures), Pranayamas (breathing techniques) and relaxation (Yoga Nidra) + 10 minutes for clarifying doubts and / or relaxed conversation].

Before becoming an instructor, I have been a yoga practitioner and student since 2009. I have training in Integral Yoga at the Sundari Center in Portugal, regulated by the Yoga Alliance (International Yoga Federation). I also have several improvement courses related to Yoga, such as: Ayurveda for Yoga Practice; The Science and Practice of Yoga; Yoga Practice in Prisons etc ...
