About Catherine
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. I was first drawn to the physical challenges and benefits of the practice as a young athlete. Over the years, I came to recognize yoga's unique impact on my mind, heart and spirit. I have used yoga for physical fitness, healing chronic pain, preparing for and giving birth, reducing anxiety, easing heartbreak, boosting energy, and finding inspiration. Yoga is in everything!
In 2018, I completed a 200-hr yoga teacher training program in Berkeley, California, and later became certified to teach Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga. I have experience teaching private and group sessions, and specialize in vinyasa, therapeutic yoga, and pre- and post-natal yoga.

I teach yoga with the aim to share its unique and infinite benefits with others. My classes focus on exploring and understanding our mind-body connection, and are an invitation to come into the present moment and perhaps connect to something deeper. My approach is playful, compassionate, and nurturing. The mat is a place to practice how we live our lives and how we treat ourselves. Yoga is a tool that helps us to feel good and to move through our lives with love and intention.
