About Lulu
Hello, my name is Lucile, I am twenty eight years old, I graduated from the Yoga Alliance certified Manasa Yoga school, I have been working for five years now in different types of establishments (Yoga studios, Muay Thai gyms, wellness / fitness centers and camps, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu / MMA gyms) mainly in Asia, which allowed me to learn an assortment of varied disciplines (Thai boxing seven years, Brazilian jiu-jitsu three years) and to teach yoga and a mixture of other disciplines - Thai boxing, fitness, crossfit, “flow movements”… - in different environments, while adapting my classes to the needs of each one. This year I opened a Yoga Studio bringing together different types of classes (restorative yoga, active yoga…) in the Canary Islands. I had to close my center following the pandemic. I am based in Lyon. I would like to continue to share my passion and help people regain mental and physical strength. I speak English very well as I have lived abroad for ten years and would love to engage in conversation and share my knowledge.
