My name is Daniela, I am a Yoga teacher, I trained in "Yoga Kai" in Buenos Aires Argentina. The class consists of several stages: Entrance into heat and rhythm of the class, body record and mental state. Asanas, postures that stimulate the movement of our systems and the oxygenation of the whole body. Pranayamas, breathing exercises, designed to intervene in our energy, from the most basic and accessible tool we have. Meditation and final relaxation with relaxing massages.
