About Alba
I travel the world training in different places (India, Italy, Colombia, Spain) nourishing myself from various sources (Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha Radja, Kundalini, Yoga for children and Meditation), with the intention of integrating learning and sharing my practice from an authentic and true place.
With experience of more than 10 years as a practitioner and 8 as a teacher, each opportunity is unique to integrate and give the best of oneself.
