About Michelle
I have been practicing yoga for 4 years and have been lucky to have had exemplary teachers vis a vis their method of teaching and their life experience! I experienced yoga as a triathlete in Doubai thanks to a teacher who taught courses specifically for cyclists and athletes. Thanks to this teacher who picked me up with yoga, my life and my performance as an athlete had completely changed! And here I am in Nice! The incredible change through yoga among others. I am a new yoga teacher but also with a life experience and training recognized and respected by the Yoga Alliance around the world. I really want to share this knowledge acquired with people from the community of Nice and the surrounding area.

I live in Nice for two years after having lived abroad for almost 20 years. I have always been a teacher, whether in languages or physical education. This year, I was offered the opportunity to become a yoga teacher thanks to a scholarship with the aim of sharing with the community of Nice and the Cote D'Azur. I have just completed this very intense 200-hour RYT training with two renowned trainers in the yoga teaching world, Maryam Ovissi and Jafar Alexander with Beloved Yoga from Virginia, USA in Antibes. I am now trying to convey all that I have learned and that I have had the possibility to study with the community of Nice and the Cote D'Azur.

J’ai eu la chance de prendre 3 cours particuliers de Yoga avec Michelle pendant mon sejour a Nice debut Aout. Cela a ete un vrai plaisir. J’ai apprecie tout particulierement:

Elle est très à l écoute et repère très vite les capacités et les besoins de chacun.
Mathis n à seulement 15 ans, et c est vraiment pris au jeu.
Faisant beaucoup de compétitions de velo, michelle lui a apporté la souplesse et elle lui a appris la respiration.
Il a progressé, il a eu la capacité de se dépasser..
