About Matthew
I have been teaching Yoga for over a year and have over 500 hours of experience and completing my required classes for my 500 hour qualification. I am currently certified for 200 hours with Yoga Alliance. I have taught people at all levels and at all ages including chair yoga for the elderly. My students has improved on their overall fitness and mental health wellbeing, my focus is always on empathy.
