About Josephine
I'm Josephine. I've been a trained and distinctive yoga tutor since 2000. I'm immersed in my subject, especially in the wider view of what yoga really is. It's not just postures. I'm a people person and absolutely love teaching one-to-one or very small groups e.g. families, because I can get to know, enjoy, and really help you.

Enjoyable, fun and blissfully relaxing, you won't know you're exercising when you are in a session with Josephine because you'll be too busy laughing, chatting or luxuriating in one of her end-of-session deep relaxations. She has the most soothing voice and a deep love and impressive knowledge of yoga. She's also instinctive and aware of me as her client, knowing exactly when to push me a bit and when to let my body heal.
