I am a certified yoga teacher, providing group and personal classes including gym, corporate and recreational resorts and hotels in and around Bangalore for more than 8 years now. I am also taking classes of kids with special needs and physical challenges. I have completed my certification from one of the renowned institution.

Yoga needs differ from person to person and I base my teaching according to the problems faced by my client. keeping in mind essential factors like age, any kind of surgery and the health issue a person is facing. Based on health evaluation, I create a exclusive plan for the person to heal and improve one day at a time.

Details
Fees will be 700/hr for couples (both husband and wife) availing classes at home, minimum 5 classes in a month.
If the class is within 5 km discount will be provided to the client, minimum 5 classes in a month.
Clients who are availing classes in afternoon (11 am to 4 pm) will be provided with discount, minimum 5 classes in a month.
If the group class have more or equals to 5-6 members there will be a discount for all the members of the group.
