If We Meet Online:
- All online sessions cost $15.00/hr.

If Aaron Meets You Where You're At:
- There will NOT be a travel fee applied to sessions within a 5-mile radius. However, if it is a RECURRING SESSION, there will be a flat rate fee applied. This fee will be discussed with the responsible party.
- An additional fee of $8.00 will be requested for sessions that require traveling of 6-10 miles.
- If travel is 11-20 miles, an additional fee of $12.00 will be requested.
- If travel is 21+ miles, an additional fee of $15.00 will be requested.

If We Meet Each Other In A Public Space:
- If meeting in-person at a public space within 5 miles of downtown Wilkes-Barre, there will NOT be an additional service fee. However, if meeting at a location outside of that 5-mile radius, the above terms apply.

If Aaron Hosts You For A Session:
- If meeting at Aaron's home, it will cost an additional $2.00/hr. Aaron will also provide snacks for the student.

Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel a lesson, the cancellation fee is $10.00.
