Mi primera sesión oficial con Killian fue el 18 de noviembre. Antes de elegirlo, consideré medicamentos para bajar de peso y entrenadores presenciales, pero me faltaba motivación incluso cuando iba sola al gimnasio. Después de investigar varias opciones, decidí trabajar con Killian porque sus historias, su forma de pensar y su autenticidad en Instagram realmente conectaron conmigo.

Desde el inicio me envió un programa de entrenamiento detallado, mis macros y me explicó exactamente qué debía hacer. Siempre está disponible por mensaje o llamada, y me contacta a diario para saber cómo voy y si necesito algo.

Entrenamos juntos dos veces por semana por video; llevo mi cámara al gimnasio y él corrige mi técnica, me motiva y ajusta mis pesos. Es una experiencia dinámica y muy efectiva.

En solo unas semanas ya veo cambios en mi cuerpo y me siento feliz con mi progreso. Estoy muy satisfecha de haberlo elegido y espero seguir avanzando con su guía.

My first official session with Killian was on November 18th. Before choosing him, I had considered weight-loss medications and in-person trainers, but I lacked motivation even when I went to the gym on my own. After researching several options, I decided to work with Killian because his stories, mindset, and authenticity on Instagram really resonated with me.

From the start, he sent me a detailed workout program, my macros, and clear instructions on what to do. He’s always available by message or phone call, and he checks in with me daily to see how I’m doing and whether I need anything.

We train together twice a week over video; I bring my camera to the gym and he corrects my form, motivates me, and adjusts my weights. It’s a dynamic and very effective experience.

In just a few weeks, I’m already seeing changes in my body, and I’m happy with my progress. I’m very satisfied with choosing him and look forward to continuing to grow with his guidance.
