I am a teaching artist with 4 years of experience, certified by TAP (Teaching Artist Program) based in NYC. I have displayed work in numerous art shows throughout the years. When it comes to my art, I prefer to sketch.

Most of my lessons are in a "how to" format, based on building confidence and emphasizing effort. Technique is very important, but I believe what separates most from being a better artist is not believing in their creativity. In a sense I become sort of an art coach and give students the fuel they need to keep trying when they feel their imagination is working against them. I work with mainly beginners and intermediate level artists.
