About Oleydi
I studied ballet for 13 years and have 10 years of experience as a dancer, I like to keep my body strong and healthy by doing exercise routines, running, and stretching. I like to pass on to others what I've learned about how to help our body stay strong but flexible and healthy.

Since I was 10 years old I have been studying ballet and I have had experience on how stretching helps block pain caused by sciatica, contracted muscles, muscle overload. Through a good stretching plan, being consistent, we can improve our quality of life by minimizing pain and becoming more agile in our day-to-day activities.
