About Callan
I am a 21 year old lover of life. I am a specialised level 1 kinesiologist that is in the process of furthering my studies. I have also completed a higher certificate in exercise science. I feel that my passion in life lies in the art of healing. I aim to apply conscious spiritual practice in my everyday life & feel that it is the key to thoroughly understanding the collective human experience as well as your own personal journey.

My teaching method is based on the principle of love. My role is to facilitate/guide you to become aware that within you lies all the love, understanding, forgiveness and potential you ever needed. My method is simple, I take a personal history in order to get to know who you are and what your goal is when it comes to your personal development. We then speak further on you and your goal as we craft a POA (Plan Of Action) for you to visualise and then further actually physically practice. We will then meet for Action sessions whereby we discuss your progress, any difficulties/challenges & I will add necessary information and guidance based on what comes up in the session & your specific goals.
