I am a young lady who believes the mind is a very powerful thing, what our mind conceive determines A lot that happens to us because our mind feeds our soul and body, as the Bible says; as a man thinks, so is he.
I believe we learn from life stories, books, bibles, movies, listening to motivational speakers and teachers of the holy word (bible/Quran) and discussions, we can learn to be positive with a better wellbeing by training the mind vis these sources/means
