About Leanne
Hello, I'm Leanne! I'm here to help you learn Japanese in a relaxed and enjoyable way. I come from a unique background—half Japanese and half Australian—and Japanese is my native language. Don't worry, though; I'm fluent in English, so we'll have no language barriers.
My educational journey is quite interesting. I completed my high school education in Japan and then pursued my university degree in Australia, specializing in Japanese language and culture. This experience gives me a well-rounded perspective on teaching Japanese.
Teaching is something I truly enjoy. I've had the pleasure of teaching Japanese to people of all ages, from 4-year-olds to grandparents. Whether you're a beginner or looking to enhance your skills, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
What sets me apart is that I've been in your shoes. I started learning English when I was 16, so I understand the challenges of learning a second language. We'll take a gentle and enjoyable approach to language learning, making it a stress-free experience.
