I am a medical student and also a zumba instructor and i take classes for weight loss and personal health
I have been taking zumba classes since a year and i have achieved a lot of positive results through this and looking forward for more

My teaching method is , i take 1 hr class with full workout which includes 45mins of zumba and rest 15 mins of workouts or alternative days zumba and workouts as both are needed for body toning so i balance them
