About Anne
Hello! I'm Anne. I'm a music student from the Netherlands, based in Scotland, and I am specialised in singing and conducting. As I am currently in the 3rd year of my Bmus in music, I know how challenging music theory and performance practice can be! So whether you are a fellow student who needs help with theory outside of class, or whether you have always wanted to pursue your passion of singing, piano, or guitar, I am here to provide the support you need. I am fluent in English, Dutch, and German and can provide lessons in all three languages.

In my classes we will outline your goals, and create a plan on how we are going to reach them. For singing lessons we will always start with vocal exercises to warm-up the voice, and improve and expand your singing technique. For piano and guitar we will work with the style of music that interests you most, but we will also work on specific pieces and exercises that elevate your technique. For music theory tutoring we can work through a set syllabus, depending on your level, or you can bring in any assignments or things from your lessons that you would like some help with. My lessons range between 30 mins to 60 mins, depending on your needs. I have been teaching singing, piano and guitar for three years, I did IB music at Higher Level, and I am currently in my third year of my music degree at University. Above all, I believe music lessons should be fun :)
