About Makenna
I have been a nurse for six years. I have a bachelors degree in nursing from Utah Tech University. I started as a cardiac nurse on the cardiac progressive care unit. I have been a travel nurse for three years. I have traveled all over the western states and have learned and studied in the areas of nursing, such as surgical, nursing, neurotrauma, nursing, cardiac nursing, and worked extensively in the Covid units around the country during COVID-19. I have experience in respiratory care, surgicalI have experience in respiratory care, surgical care, gastroenterology, urinary care, and cardiac care.
II also am familiar with the skills necessary to appropriately talk to providers and doctors at different hospitals around the country. Teaching and tutoring you on how to become a better communicator with your coworkers, and your providers and learning how to get what you want as a nurse.
I can help you take your nursing education and translate it into the the real world of nursing. I can give you tools, and tips to help you become a more confident nurse after you graduate and pass your NCLEX.

I can help new nurses learn the skills they need to pass their NCLeX
, master test taking skills, and become familiar with jobseeking strategies and techniques to land a job that they have always wanted. I have had travel nurse experience for three years and experience in interviewing under stressful situations, talking to doctors and other providers, and teaching other nurses how to become better at their skills, and how to communicate better with their coworkers.
I have had six years of nursing experience. My experience ranges from Cardiac progressive care unit to neuro trauma unit and surgical care. I can health nursing students understand different complex aspects of nursing care, how to deliver age-appropriate and culturally competent care. How to get compassionate care in real world scenarios.
II can help repair new nurses how to confidently step into a nursing roll and learn the ends and outs of realistic nursing care with different hospital systems all over the country.
I can also help any nurse who is looking into travel nursing on how to master skills to interview, and negotiate pay to help them land. The job that they have always wanted in the place they have always wanted to work.
