About Sophie
I have been giving French lessons since January 2021 to GCSE and A-level students. I have previously taught English when I was living in Belgium and also during my time in Spain when I worked as an au pair teaching two young girls English.
I am a friendly and approachable person who would love to help you learn and master the French language.

I am very flexible and every lesson will be tailored to your needs. If you have any particular skills you wish to practice, we will focus on those. Whether you are a beginner and need to start with the basics or a fluent speaker and need to focus on practicing speaking the language, a lesson will be planned around your needs.
In the first lesson, I will start with some basic conversation to evaluate the student's level and requirements. Classes are structured around speaking, listening, and fluidity. At the end of each lesson, I will recommend an article, film, episode, or media of some kind that we will discuss in the next lesson.
