A proven creative in the entertainment industry, having composed, created, and produced original content for a variety of mediums. At age 23, Douglas music-directed the international musical: "Thrones! The Musical Parody!" In addition to his music-directing, he is a BMG and APM composer, writing trailer works for international trailer houses. Under skilled tutelage of some of the greatest musical minds, and trained in some of the finest music schools and conservatories in the country, he has demonstrated the ability to work collaboratively, innovate with the newest emerging technologies, and promote through both traditional and new media.

About the lesson

I understand that music is an intimidating subject, and I want every student to know that they have the ability to become professional musicians if they so choose. Because of my background in voice, piano, and music theory, our teaching plan will depend on your interests, goals, and learning-style. Every lesson, we will consider our 30 minutes or hour together as a journey, and I know that you will see the beauty of music through out process, not the result. I promise you will reach your goals with my help.

Dr

He is hardworking, persistent, observant and musically gifted. It brings me great happiness to know that he has chosen to pursue a career in music, and has already established himself as a promising composer. As a musician, he is mature beyond his years, and personally he is a man of discipline, enthusiasm and integrity.
