I watch and study this game daily, from videos of myself to my little brothers and pros or other college athletes. I play 2 positions, which are outfield and pitcher. So I can teach about 3 different things like hitting, pitching, and fielding. I’ve helped my little brothers progress and been their coach all our lives, so I have some experience in coaching.

Michael would be a good coach because he’s a good listener, understanding and good with kids. He also pays attention and tells instructions how they are told . Also, he shows up to work on time and communicates. Thats why I think Michael would be a good employee.
