About Dr Shubhra
I am Dr. Shubhra Vashishtha, a Doctor and MSc Bioinformatics graduate with 8 years of teaching experience in Biology, medical and dental subjects.
Over the years, I have worked with students from different academic backgrounds and learning levels, helping them understand challenging concepts in a clear, structured and approachable way. My medical background allows me to combine strong theoretical knowledge with practical and clinical understanding, while my Bioinformatics background gives me an additional research-oriented perspective on biology and biomedical sciences.
I understand that every student learns differently. That is why I create personalized lessons based on your current knowledge, curriculum, academic goals and areas where you need support. Whether you are preparing for university examinations, studying a medical or dental subject, or simply want to build a stronger foundation in Biology, I will guide you step by step.
My priority is to create a friendly and comfortable learning environment where you can ask questions without hesitation. I believe that good teaching is not about making students memorize more, it is about helping them understand better.

I am a Doctor with 8 years of teaching experience in Biology for NEET aspirants, medical and dental subjects. My teaching approach is focused on making complex medical concepts clear, logical and easy to understand, while adapting every class to the student’s curriculum, academic level and learning goals.
I do not believe in one-size-fits-all teaching. Before starting, I understand the student’s syllabus, university requirements and areas where they need support. I can adapt lessons to different international curricula and explain concepts using terminology and examples that are appropriate for the student’s level and academic background.
My classes are interactive and concept-based. I use diagrams, flowcharts, clinical examples, case-based discussions, step-by-step explanations and questions to make difficult topics easier to understand. Wherever possible, I connect basic scientific concepts with their clinical applications so that students understand not only *what* happens, but also *why* it happens.
A typical class begins with a brief review of previous topics, followed by the new concept explained in a structured manner. We then work through examples, clinical applications or questions, followed by a short recap to make sure the student is confident with the topic.
My special strength is my ability to simplify complicated medical concepts without losing their scientific depth. As a Doctor with a background in Bioinformatics, I can also bring a strong scientific and research-oriented perspective to subjects involving biology and biomedical sciences.
I teach school students, university students, medical and dental students, and international learners who want to strengthen their understanding of Biology, Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology and other medical or biomedical subjects.
My goal is to create a comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions freely, understand concepts at their own pace, and become confident in applying their knowledge to their own curriculum and examinations.
