About Rui Guilherme
I am from Coimbra and I am 43 years old. In addition to being a teacher, I am also a musician in some projects ranging from Jazz to Classical. I am a member of the Douro Jazz Orchestra (Guitar), Coro de Câmara D'Ouro (Tenor) and Kizombies (Drums). I also started the Composition area having participated with three compositions - "B-Segada", "Cantar aos Almas" and "Cachão da Valeira" on the last CD of the Orquestra de Jazz do Douro - "Jazz in Douro".

I have been a guitar teacher since 2011 and have been teaching at the Conservatory of Music and Dance in Bragança since 2015. I am finishing my Masters in Music Teaching at ESMAE (Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo) in Porto. My commitment is to help students to have a clear understanding of the instrument, favoring harmonic knowledge adapted to their musical tastes.
