About Victor
My teaching approach includes theoretical or research, hands-on, and scenario-based tasks. I love to relay the hands-on computing experience I have acquired over the years to my students such that they can apply them to solve real-world and industrial challenges. Also, I enjoy using interactive scenarios to support active learning strategies such as problem-based or case-based learning. This involves students working their way through a storyline, usually based around an ill-structured or complex problem, which they are required to solve. With research-based learning, I aim to promote and develop student competencies related to research practice and to benefit students through activities linked to research.

I have been in this profession of teaching for about 5 years. Every time whenever I am going to teach a class as a part of this noble profession, I am equally learning. I am trying consistently on how to represent, interpret, summarise and rethink about the whole concept I wish to teach or rather inspire my students in a specific period of time assigned to me. When the students are happy at the end of the day, so am I. If not happy, I must have missed something. I need to work harder to make them happy.
