Quite simply I follow a teacher-test-teach approach
I focus learning around topics as small part learning, assessing the small parts to identify specific shortfalls in learning / understanding
Then, once all topics (small parts) are covered my students will begin big part assessment through the use of focused past paper coverage
A simple methodology...but it is tried and tested!
