About Saiteja

I’m Saiteja, a Software Developer at EPAM Systems and an Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning undergraduate. I specialize in teaching Python through clear explanations, practical exercises, and real-world applications. My classes focus on building strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with projects inspired by industry use cases. Whether you’re a school student, college learner, or adult aiming to upskill, I adapt each session to your goals and learning style. With a structured and patient approach, I help students gain confidence, write efficient code, and apply Python effectively in real scenarios.

About the lesson

I’m Saiteja Konam, an AI/ML Engineer and passionate educator dedicated to transforming learners into confident problem-solvers and real-world AI builders.

With deep expertise in Python, Data Structures & Algorithms, and Generative AI, I specialize in helping students and working professionals move beyond theory and build production-ready systems from LLM-powered applications to scalable backend architectures.

I don’t just teach how things work, I teach why they work and how to apply them in the real world.

My Teaching Philosophy
Concept → Code → Confidence

Strong fundamentals are the foundation. I ensure learners understand concepts deeply, then immediately apply them through hands-on coding, debugging, and system design.

Problem-Solving First Approach

Every session includes LeetCode-style DSA problems, algorithmic breakdowns, and live coding to sharpen thinking speed, accuracy, and interview readiness.

Project-Driven, Industry-Relevant Learning

No passive learning. Students build real systems:

LLM-based applications

AI-powered automation tools

FastAPI backends

Real-time systems using Redis & RabbitMQ

You learn by building what the industry actually uses.

Personalized Mentorship

Whether you’re:

Preparing for placements

Cracking coding interviews

Transitioning into AI/ML

Upskilling as a working professional

I tailor the roadmap to your pace, goals, and strengths.

Results That Speak

Helped learners dramatically improve DSA problem-solving speed and confidence through structured roadmaps
Guided students from basic Python to advanced AI-driven applications
Enabled professionals to build and understand LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG systems
Known for simplifying complex GenAI concepts using visual explanations, demos, and real-world analogies

Who Should Learn With Me?

Students aiming for top-tier placements

Developers preparing for technical interviews

Professionals moving into AI/ML or GenAI roles

Anyone tired of theory-only learning and wants real skills
