About Shantanu

I’ve spent the last 15+ years with a guitar strapped to me—playing live gigs, hitting competitive stages, and making plenty of noise. But honestly? Teaching over the last 8 years has been the most fun part of it all.

I’m a huge believer that music shouldn't feel like homework, and it definitely isn't about collecting pieces of paper to hang on a wall. It’s about jamming out, blowing off steam after a long day, and playing songs that actually give you goosebumps.

My goal isn't to turn you into a textbook music robot. I’m here to take that spark, turn it into a full-blown obsession, and get you playing real music with total confidence—zero academic stress, zero judgment.

Whether you're aiming to impress your friends around a campfire or just want a killer hobby to clear your mind, let’s make some noise!

About the lesson

We start completely from scratch—literally from how to comfortably hold your guitar, place your fingers without the buzzing sounds, and get those first smooth strumming patterns down. No confusing jargon, no stressful exams—just practical music theory made simple, so you can play the songs you actually love and feel great doing it.

Whether you've never touched a guitar before or just need a fun, zero-pressure way to unwind after work, we’ll take it one easy step at a time!
