I’m Tom, I am a guitarist of 20 years and have taught for the past 10 years.
I consider myself a rock guitarist but I can teach most genres of music to my students.
Big lover of technical accurate playing with feel and I aim to pass this to my students.

With my approach to teaching I believe the students learns best by keeping the lessons entertaining, fun and most of all…. Teaching the studentexactly what they want to learn. My lessons are tailored to your specific music tastes and I will teach yoI the techniques to play that style of music aswell as breakdown barriers of playing certain licks. I will teach you how to play songs you want to learn. I will never make you learn a piece that you don’t like. My lessons are tailored to the students interests and musical interests.

Perfect! The tutor was knowledgeable and took note of my wearabouts and mistakes l made. About the right level for the lesson though may progress soon to intermediate level as I have experience over years of casual practice. Opportunities for grade exams are apparent on the course. I have Arthritis in my hand so playing bar chords could be a concern. Moving the left hand helps. I think the teacher is helping and as I have revious teacher music paperwork l may want to use them separately to lessons music work. Same with music books l already have. Hope this is okay. I look forward to the lessons and opportunities l may receive. Thanks. Alan
