About Michael
I love guitar. Been playing since I was seventeen and went to go study music as a product of that passion. I always wanted to be a session musician and fell in love with song writing and creating jingles. I always encourage students to ask as many questions as possible and always find a other angle to get through to mu pupils instead of repeating the same thing over and over.

Broken-up into three section - Performance - Technique and Session Styles. Performance we work on how you put a song together and how you play though the song, Session styles we look at all the different styles and genres and last but not least Technique is applied and worked on with exercises.

Michael has a vast knowledge of guitar when it comes to styles and solo techniques. He recommends great songs and helps you note for note through solos. Not only does he know rock and rhythm, he also really knows music theory
Michael is an excellent teacher. He teaches calmly and at the pace where you can keep up with the workload. He’s very understanding and takes your opinion into consideration with lessons. 10/10 I recommend him for anyone looking to start guitar.
Great teacher with a lot of experience, able to adjust lessons based on your level and needs. Would highly recommend whether you are a beginner (when I started I had just bought my first guitar and had 0 experience) or a more experienced player.
Michael is a happy energetic tutor and always makes me laugh during our lessons! It’s clear he really has a passion for teaching and is amazing at teaching guitar !
